  Networking when operate at National. Regional and global may be offered and providing concrete services to Telecenters. 
   
  2# Financial goals and performance are the HEART of telecenre
   
  DISAGREE 
  Real balance between the Telecentre goals in serve community and financial sustainability is the right formula 
   
  #3 Partnership rather than content development should be the concern of 
  telecentre managers. 
  AGREE
  Content  meet the needs of local people in their communities and offer value for people at the community level.
