 My attempt at responding to these matters;
 > The telecentre Times has introduced a section "Speak
> your mind!" on the opinion page. The section will be guided by questions
> that will be sent to telecentre enthusiasts like you. During publication
> the; question, writer's position, comment and picture will be shared to
> the reader.

> To "Have Your Say" in the next edition of the Times; respond to one of the

> three questions of your choice below not later than Friday 25 January.
> Send to ndaulasula at ugabytes.org.

> Please keep your comments 25 words maximum. AND remember to add your
picture.
 > #1 National, regional and global networking is the KEY to the future of
> telecentres!
DISAGREE
The future of telecentres is whether or not they have financial viability
and do something significant to improve the society in which they operate.
 > #2 Financial goals and performance are the HEART of telecentre
> sustainability!
DISAGREE
Financial performance is important, but without societal value, it is not
enough
 > #3 Partnership rather than content development should be the concern of
> telecentre managers.
DISAGREE
Cooperation is needed so that performance is optimized. Contant preparation
can be very expensive so sharing is usually advantageous.
