Dear Poly Gaster,
  The Center for Social Support and Training Foundation is youth led organization that has been based in Kisumu, Kenya. The Foundation has been doing capacity building for the rural-urban centers of Kisumu. We are interested in starting up a community radio project through our Strategic Information and Communication program but we dont have information on how we can start.Do you have information?
