[UgaBYTES] Clarification on UDS profile.

Hullo telecetre practitioners, 
   
  I am glad to all people who managed to read the profile of UDS Tele-Centre. However, I need to clarify on a typographic error that distorting some meaning. In my communication I meant 10 extension farmers who train others farmers (not extortionists).  These people are also called community information exchange agents who identity community information needs then repackage information and address the need.
