I suspect this to be spyware. One challenging bit we are having though is
running FREE anti virus which have some limitation is the protection. One
would wonder why my computer attacked by a virus yet I am protected with a
up to date anti virus. These free ware anti viruses we are running have
certain protection they cant destroy and those go ahead to damage our
computer.  It may be expensive to purchase a complete one but I think it's
worth getting one.

Having said the above, I would suggest, you take the following measures;

   - Check if you have anti virus installed on your computer.
   - Check that it's up to date. By this I mean updated. Usually when
it's
   out dated, you will see a RED sign against it in the task bar.
   - If the above are ok, disconnect your computer off the network by
   removing the network cable and do a complete scanning of your computer.


I hope this will help you.

:) Linux is still the solution for some protection. The modern releases of
linux are 100% user friendly but folks still have that worst memories of the
old day Linux. I think this is worth trying in your centers maybe having one
or two computers running Linux. That's my suggestion.
