Dear discussants;

Here at kilosa we have formed a board but still we have to get more
experience on the functions and roles.

May I ask anyone to give highlights athough each telecenter differs from
one to another from various angles say ownership etc.In Uganda I still
remember Nakaseke-can we have your experience please.Also from sengerema
our giant telecenter.
