What is Bytes for Development Awards competition?

Bytes for Development Awards was inaugurated in June 2008 at the 5th EATLF
in Sudan, the Bytes for Development Award (B4DAward) is meant to reward 
Telecentre practitioners  from the East, Central and Southern Africa for
