[UgaBYTES] Management training is necesary

Thanks Sarah, I also think that you should craete technical capacity for telecentre managers to maintain equipment / trubleshooting, monitoring community user demands and patterns and how to address them appropriatetly and financial management. These are very critical to sustainability of Telecentres. Sustainability is only posible if telecentre revenue is more than its expenditure, which points to the need for building entrepreneuship skills that can help centres to broaden their revenue base by focusing on providing both ICT and non ICT services related at the centres.
