Dear Colleagues

I was thinking about offering to help pull together a printable (pdf)
version of the discussion ... but I am not sure whether this would be
appropriate? In some ways I think an edited long version of the
discussion would be more valuable than a summary ... as an accountant
I think there is a role for numbers that summarize performance, but I
do not much value summary words about complex issues with many, many
dimensions. The great thing about the discussion was its depth and the
different perspectives that were introduced ... and very difficult to
do justice in a short summary.
