telecentre country/regional initiative should aspire to reach.

 

As I absorb the represented in this partnership, it becomes clear in my mind
that this multi-stakeholder model is what will make the telecentre movement
the driving force of the World Economies in days to come. 

 

I happen to have a bias whenever I see anything that links ICT to
agricultural research.

 

Kindly post any milestones that your partnership achieves to the UgaBYTES
list to enable us learn more from your experiences.
