[UgaBYTES] Nakaseke Telecentre is now in Nakaseke District

  The answer is yes originally Nakaseke Telecentre was in Luwero but  due to the Decentralization process in the government  Nakaseke is now an independent District.
  Therefore, Nakaseke Telecentre is now in the new District ( Nakaseke District)
