Hullo comrades
   
  As we think of simple and affordable computers to bridge the digital
 devide, we have to be careful of having a short term solution for a
 long term if not eternal problem.
  the $100 computers and programs like XO laptops should be encouraged
 and other affordable IT hard ware soltions.
   
  There is another inception of a simple computer (simputer) and maybe
 this will come some far into solving the problem. As polly says we need
 to select and this should be an informed decisions.
